Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash Noodles

A simple Instant Pot recipe that has taken longer than I will admit to perfect. If you are an IP person, you know that trial and error is a big part of getting your groove on with this awesome appliance. I have been working on getting this recipe ready to share for the last few months. In this experience, I have had spaghetti squash turn to complete mush, then be far too under cooked the next time.

Instant Pot Bean & Barley Soup

The use of the Instant Pot may be a little extra, but we think it helps infuse all the flavors and, well… it is just fun! Plus, you can let it be on keep warm all day and have your soup hot and ready anytime! Could you make this on the stove? Heck yeah! Might take a little longer, maybe 12-20 minutes simmering, and of course, the barley on the stovetop would be a whole different story… but once the veggies are cooked through your soup is ready.

Dairy Free Instant Pot Yogurt

It’s no secret that the Instant Pot is a wonderfully versatile appliance, and many models have a “yogurt” function, which acts as a boiler and an incubator to create perfect yogurt, every time. For us, the most difficult part of this process is waiting for the precious IP to be available for use while it is creating yogurt! While we recommend the full 24-hour cycle, you can really let it be ready to refrigerate after about 4-6 hours. Really, the longer you let it incubate, the more live probiotics are present, and in our opinion, the better it tastes! Making a standard dairy milk yogurt is equally simple – and we will be linking it here soon!
