Ingredients
  • 2.5lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 10 oz can of green enchilada sauce or salsa verde
  • 5oz water(fill enchilada sauce can halfway)
  • 3tbsp cream cheese or sour cream(optional)
  • 1teaspoon salt(optional)
  • 1teaspoon chili powder(optional)
  • 1teaspoon garlic powder(optional)
Instructions
  1. Pour green sauce, water, and spices into inner liner
  2. Place chicken in, cover with sauce, close lid
  3. Set vent to seal, set for 30 minutes on “meat”
  4. Quick release when timer goes off (very carefully)
  5. Shred chicken with forks or hand mixer, or cut into slices
  6. Stir in cream cheese or sour cream (optional)
