A simple Instant Pot recipe that has taken longer than I will admit to perfect. If you are an IP person, you know that trial and error is a big part of getting your groove on with this awesome appliance. I have been working on getting this recipe ready to share for the last few months. In this experience, I have had spaghetti squash turn to complete mush, then be far too under cooked the next time. Please note that depending on the size of your squash, the results can vary. The winning recipe was made with a small squash measuring about 8″ long and 5″ wide on the steamer rack using instructions below. Let us know how it goes for you!
