20 Minute Instant Pot Spaghetti
Easy Instant Pot Spaghetti that is done in 20 minutes TOTAL-that is including the pressure up time! This is our family’s new favorite!
  • 1lb hamburger meat
  • 24oz Spaghetti Sauce of choice
  • 6-8oz Spaghetti Noodles of choice
  • 1cup water
  • 1-2tsp sea salt(extra tsp for seasoning veggies is optional)
  • 1-2tsp italian seasoning(extra for seasoning veggies is optional)
  • 1/4cup chopped onion
  • 1/4cup chopped carrot
  • 1/4cup chopped celery
  • 2-3tsp olive oil
  1. Saute veggies in olive oil using Saute mode-about 3-5 minutes
  2. Mix meat and spices, form 11-12 meatballs
  3. Pour 1 cup water in pot when veggies are done (turn off IP)
  4. Break Noodles into thirds and evenly arrange
  5. Place Meatballs on top without touching each other
  6. Pour sauce on top
  7. Close lid, knob to seal
  8. Set on Manual/High Pressure for 5 min
  9. Carefully Quick Release ASAP once it is done cooking
  10. Turn off the warming mode, stir, serve and enjoy!
