Ingredients
  • 1-2cups ice
  • 1cup apple juice
  • 1 small organic orange(peel left on=optional)
  • 1 small organic apple
  • 1 banana(peeled)
  • 1 whole carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/4cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4cup protein powder of choice
  • 1/4cup raw quick oats (optional-omit for paleo/grain free)
Instructions
  1. Blend in a high powered blender until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately
