Ingredients

✓ 1 1/2 cups cabbage chunks ✓ 1 1/2 cups celery including leaves loosely packed ✓ 1 cup sliced carrots ✓ 4 cups chicken broth ✓ 4-8 tablespoons collagen powder/peptides OPTIONAL ✓ 1 Pinch onion powder ✓ 1 Pinch garlic powder ✓ 1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt OPTIONAL ✓ 1/8 teaspoon ground peppercorn medley or regular pepper

Instructions

✓ Cut all vegetables and place into medium saucepan ✓ Pour broth into saucepan, add collagen powder/peptides if using and stir to combine. ✓ Stir in seasoning, add more or less to taste ✓ Cover to bring to a boil, remove lid upon boil ✓ Boil on medium high heat uncovered for 15-20 minutes ✓ Stir occasionally and monitor ✓ Serve as a side or alone. Salt and pepper as needed for each person's preference.
