Ingredients

✓ 3 cups thinly sliced grass fed beef sirloin steak ✓ 1 cup sliced green beans ✓ 1 cup sliced carrots ✓ 1 cup sliced onion ✓ 1/4 cup Bragg's Aminos/tamari soy sauce (coconut aminos for Whole30) ✓ 1/2 cup water (1/4 cup for slow cooker) ✓ 3 tablespoon coconut oil ✓ 3 tablespoon coconut sugar or honey (omit for Whole30) ✓ 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce (sugar/additive free for Whole30) ✓ 1 teaspoon fish sauce (sugar/additive free for Whole30) ✓ 1 teaspoon vinegar or lime juice ✓ 1 teaspoon garlic powder ✓ 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

✓ Put meat and veggies in slow cooker ✓ Add all other ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. ✓ Pour mixture into slow cooker and cook on low until done, about 6 hours ✓ Reduce sauce on the stovetop if desired (Bring to boil, reduce to medium heat stirring occasionally until thickened to your liking) ✓ Serve over rice or zucchini noodles for Whole30
