✓ 1 - 2 cups ice ✓ 1 cup apple juice ✓ 1 small organic orange (peel left on=optional) ✓ 1 small organic apple ✓ 1 banana (peeled) ✓ 1 whole carrot ✓ 1 celery stalk ✓ 1/4 cup coconut sugar ✓ 1/4 cup protein powder of choice ✓ 1/4 cup raw quick oats (optional-omit for paleo/grain free)
✓ Blend in a high powered blender until smooth. ✓ Serve immediately
