✓ 2 cups coconut cream
✓ 1/2 cup pastured egg yolks (about 7)
✓ 1/2 cup refined coconut oil (softened or melted)
✓ 1/4 cup coconut sugar
✓ 2 tablespoons honey
✓ 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
✓ 1/2 medium avocado
✓ 2 medium bananas (very ripe)
✓ 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
✓ Blend all wet ingredients aside from coconut oil
✓ Slowly add melted or softened coconut oil through hole in top of lid while blender is going. Or add quickly and blend well if that is not an option for your blender.
✓ Next add dry ingredients until well blended into perfectly smooth consistency.
✓ Pour into ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.
✓ Check every 5 min after 10 min of churning.
✓ Stop when ice cream is to the consistency you desire.
✓ Thaw for a bit before eating after storing in freezer.
✓ We garnished with sliced banana and cinnamon!
