✓ 2 eggs
✓ 2/3 cup sugar
✓ 2/3 cup water
✓ 1/2 cup tapioca starch/flour
✓ 1/4 cup coconut flour

✓ Pour into greased muffin tins or nonstick muffin cups
✓ Bake for 25-30 minutes
