I recently received Majestic Pure Cosmeceuticals Arabica Coffee Scrub at a discount for testing purposes, and I absolutely love it! Here is my honest review of the product.
Coffee scrub is said to have several benefits that include: exfoliating and anti-inflammatory properties, temporary reduction of cellulite, improved circulation, reduced eye puffiness, and smooth skin. I wanted to use it to help reduce puffiness and the appearance of dark circles under my eyes-which it did!
Before even receiving the product-I noticed the fact that this product is almost entirely organic and contains only real recognizable ingredients:
Dead Sea Salt Granules, Dead Sea Salt, Organic Kona Coffee, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Sweet Almond Oil, Organic Grape Seed Oil, Coffee Arabica Seed Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Cacao Extract, Organic Coconut Extract.
The smell was the first thing I noticed about this when I opened the lid. It smells better than my morning cup of joe, yet doesn’t leave a strong scent after rinsing. It is a delicious coffee/cocoa smell and I started using it in the morning primarily. The directions say to let it dry for 5 minutes then rinse off-to be honest I haven’t left it on to dry that long, I am not that patient-but still saw results! I only tried this on my face, like I mentioned, in hopes to help the dark circles that are almost inevitable as a parent.
This scrub definitely helped reduce the dark circles under my eyes and helped wake me up more on days I used it! It does say for best results, use every time you shower. I will say be mindful when using around your eyes or any area with a broken skin, because it does contain salt, so it will sting! Other than that, I can’t think of anything about this scrub I didn’t love! Everything about it felt luxurious and it is one that I will be keeping around and do recommend you try-especially if you love coffee as much as I do.
