Amazon Affiliates Disclosure

WHAT DOES AN AFFILIATE PURCHASE REALLY MEAN?
This means that by clicking on links and purchasing items through said links, you pay the same amount, but we receive a small percentage of that price in return, for our website providing the referral. Depending on the programs, we may receive a small monetary compensation that helps support our blogging activities, or discounts on products.
We are also currently participants in the Kasandrino’s Olive Oil and Instant Pot affiliate programs, which work similarly. That in mind, the price for the item is the same for you either way, so why not help support us in a way that doesn’t cost you at all? Thanks friends 🙂
Collaborations, Reviews, Sponsored Content
We may at times be compensated monetarily or with free/discounted products for our writing. This may be including but not limited to: product mentions, collaborations, sponsored ads, product reviews, sponsored posts, opinion pieces, videos, articles on third party websites/news publications. If that is the case, any sponsored/paid content will be clearly labeled. Please know that we most often talk about things we love without any compensation, and would never accept a paid promotional or sponsorship opportunity with anything that we do not support and feel is a good choice for our own family. To see all resources and products we recommend, see our favorites page here. If you are interested in working with us, please contact us with your business inquiries here.

We believe that everyone can benefit from a sort of balanced real food diet that is best suited to their body and situation. That being said-we tend to create recipes that fall into the more “paleo” type of template, and many that are vegetarian also have vegan options when possible. Most of the recipes will omit at least one of the common allergens such tree nuts, dairy and grains containing gluten, FODMAPS, nightshades, etc.
